In a business/workplace, cultural responsiveness can enhance communication and cooperation.  Leadership work can encourage employees and employers to take responsibility for their role in the organization.

 

The facilitators at Leading Up can work with your office or workplace to build an atmosphere of trust and interdependence that will ultimately make your office more productive.

 

We can also guide you in developing a way of being together in those groups that are not school, work, or church.  The ones without clear "rules."  The ones that we love and dread.  Neighborhood associations, parent/teacher groups, and shared interest groups can all be more enjoyable and efficient with work in cultural responsiveness, interdependence, and leadership.
